Terms of Use — Gym TrAIcker

1. Acceptance
By using Gym TrAIcker, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. If under 18, you should have parental consent.
3. Service Description
Gym TrAIcker provides workout tracking, exercise library, and optional AI-powered features. The app stores data locally on your device using Apple frameworks.
4. Subscriptions
Pro features require an active subscription purchased through the App Store. A monthly Pro plan is offered (currently $4.99/month). Pricing is shown at the point of purchase and may vary by territory.
5. Auto-Renewal (Apple Required)
Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration as the original plan unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. No refund is provided for the unused portion of the current period when cancelling.
6. Free Tier
Browsing the exercise library, viewing the 3D mannequin, and basic manual workout logging are available without a subscription. Detailed analytics, training programs, video form analysis, Apple Watch haptic cues, and progress tracking require an active Pro subscription.
7. AI Features
Gym TrAIcker's AI narrative for form analysis runs entirely on-device via Apple's FoundationModels framework (Apple Intelligence) when supported by your hardware. Devices without Apple Intelligence fall back to rule-based feedback. No API keys, no third-party AI providers, no network calls.
8. Video Recording & Form Analysis
Video form analysis is optional and only activates when you explicitly start a recording. Recorded clips remain on your device under the app's private Documents directory and never leave the device unless you choose to export. No audio is captured. You retain full ownership of any video content you record. Delete a recording at any time from the set row that owns it. You can configure recording quality (Auto / 720p / 1080p), maximum clip length, the default camera, and a retention policy (Forever / 30 days / 90 days / 1 year) in Settings → Video. You can also see total storage usage, browse every saved clip, and delete individual or all recordings from the same screen.
9. Health Disclaimer
Gym TrAIcker is not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. You are solely responsible for your safety during workouts. Form analysis is approximate and should not replace professional coaching.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in Gym TrAIcker are owned by the developer. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app.
11. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for injuries, data loss, or damages arising from use of the app.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, with or without notice. Active subscriptions follow the Apple refund policy.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You will be asked to re-accept if terms change materially.
