Delete your TrAIcker account

Account deletion happens inside the TrAIcker iOS app. Open the app on your iPhone, go to Settings, and tap Delete account. The app revokes your session and removes your data immediately — no email confirmation, no waiting.

How to delete from the app

  1. Open TrAIcker on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the Settings tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and data are removed right away.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and email in Supabase Auth.
  • All match history, statistics, and any user-uploaded content linked to your account in our backend.
  • Cached subscription entitlement state on our side.

Once deletion is complete, no personal data is retained on our side. We do not generate, receive, or store invoices — Apple is the merchant of record for every subscription and handles billing records under its own policies.

This website itself stores no personal data. It serves only marketing, support, and legal pages — no accounts, no analytics, no cookies tied to you. Deletion happens entirely between the app on your phone and our Supabase backend.

Subscriptions themselves are managed by Apple. Cancel them in your App Store account settings before deleting your account — we cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf.

Deletion takes effect immediately after you confirm in the app. There is no waiting period and no email step.

Lost access to your iPhone? Email support@vibecodetech.com from the address on your account and we will process the deletion manually.
