Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms describe how subscriptions to TrAIcker work. They supplement and form part of the Terms of Use.
Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Use.
Apple Inc. is the merchant of record for every TrAIcker subscription. Apple processes your payment, issues any receipt or invoice, calculates and remits applicable taxes, and handles refund requests. V1b3C0d3 OU does not generate, receive, or store invoices, receipts, or other accounting records relating to your subscription. For your billing history, see your Apple ID purchase history.
1. Available subscriptions
- Player — USD 2.99 per month, auto-renewing monthly. Includes live match scoring across padel, tennis, squash, and table tennis, Apple Watch scoring, unlimited match history, cross-device cloud sync, on-device AI coaching via Apple Intelligence, and multiplayer hosting.
- Advanced — USD 9.99 per month, auto-renewing monthly. Includes everything in Player plus the Coach Dashboard for managing a roster, tournament creation with brackets and rankings, advanced analytics (44 stats), and priority support.
Pricing in regions other than the United States is set by Apple in App Store Connect and may differ from the USD price shown above. The price displayed at the moment of purchase in the App Store is authoritative.
2. Introductory free period (14 days)
TrAIcker subscriptions come with a 14-day free introductory period. New subscribers are not charged for the first 14 days after starting the subscription. At the end of the trial the subscription auto-renews at the standard monthly price shown on the paywall (Player USD 2.99 / Advanced USD 9.99, or the local equivalent set by Apple).
You can cancel at any time during the trial through your Apple ID Subscriptions settings and you will not be charged. Eligibility is governed by Apple’s standard intro-offer rules: one free trial per Apple ID per subscription group; users who have previously used a trial on a TrAIcker subscription are not eligible for another.
3. Billing
- Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Any unused portion of the introductory free period is forfeited if you cancel mid-trial — eligibility is one trial per Apple ID per subscription group.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations are handled exclusively through your App Store account settings. We cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf because Apple controls the subscription record. You can manage and cancel your subscription here: support.apple.com/HT202039. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the current period is not pro-rated.
5. Refunds
Apple processes refund requests for in-app purchases under its standard refund policy. We have no ability to issue refunds directly for App Store purchases. Statutory consumer rights in your country of residence (for example, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content) are not affected and continue to apply where they would normally do so.
6. Plan changes
Switching between Player and Advanced is handled through Apple’s standard upgrade and downgrade flow inside the App Store. Apple determines whether the change takes effect immediately or at the end of the current period and how any pro-rated credit is applied.
7. Taxes
Prices are inclusive of any sales tax, VAT, or local taxes that Apple determines to be applicable in your region. Apple acts as the merchant of record for in-app purchases and is responsible for collecting and remitting those taxes.
8. Termination of a subscription product
If we discontinue a subscription product, we will give at least 30 days’ advance notice in-app or by email. If a subscription product is discontinued during a paid period, we will work with Apple to ensure any required pro-rated refund is processed.
