  • How do I score a padel match in TrAIcker?

    Open the app, tap New game, pick padel, choose your scoring rules (Golden Point, Hybrid, etc.), and start. Each tap on a player’s side records a point.

  • Does the app work without internet?

    Scoring, stats, Apple Watch sync, and on-device AI coaching all work offline. Cloud sync between your iPhone and other devices needs a connection.

  • Where does AI coaching run?

    Entirely on your iPhone, using Apple Intelligence. Your match data is not sent to a server for coaching.

  • How do I delete my account?

    Open the TrAIcker app on your iPhone, go to Settings, and tap Delete account. Your data is removed immediately — no email step. If you no longer have the app, email support@vibecodetech.com and we will handle it manually.

  • I think I found a bug. What do I do?

    Email support@vibecodetech.com with the iPhone and iOS version, what you were trying to do, and a screenshot if possible.
