Is my financial data private?
Yes — 100% on-device. FinTraicker operates no servers, requires no account, and ships no analytics, trackers, or ads. Your transactions, budgets, and goals live in a local database protected by iOS Data Protection and are never uploaded.
Do I need to link my bank?
No — and you can't. That's deliberate: FinTraicker never asks for bank credentials and never connects to your accounts. You log what you choose, by hand, with Siri, or by scanning a receipt.
How does the AI advisor work?
It runs on your device using Apple's Foundation Models. Every number it states comes from deterministic, tested calculation engines — the AI only categorizes, explains, and motivates. Guidance is educational, not regulated financial advice, and the app never executes trades or moves money.
What are family plans?
An optional way to save toward shared goals together. Invite family via iCloud sharing and contribute to the same plan. It's the one cloud feature in the app — plans live in your own iCloud, never on third-party servers, and the rest of your data stays on-device.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. FinTraicker Pro is a standard App Store subscription with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; cancelling during the trial avoids any charge.
How many languages does it support?
31, with live in-app switching — English, Spanish, German, French, and 27 more, matching the rest of the TrAIcker family.
